Japanese Master System Boxart

If you've ever seen any western Master System boxart, you'll probably agree that it's probably the worst boxart in the world. Every box consisted of a white background with a grid of squares on it, and a tiny, crudely drawn picture of something from the game. Or sometimes, a tiny, crudely drawn picture of some random object. The strangest thing about this is that Japanese Master System boxart was actually really nice and colourful. Which means that someone at SEGA Europe must have decided that the tiny scribbles were more sellable. I know it's not exactly breaking news that a lot of games have better boxart in Japan, but the difference in quality between the different versions of Master System boxart is much bigger than for any other console.
